Hi and Good Morning to all!!
I'm starting the day with a bowl of instant oatmeal ( 1 serving ) , a small amount of natural peanut butter to add flavor and a few extra calories which are better in the morning hours or earlier in the day and one scoop of protein mixed with water. Total calories is about 150 for the oatmeal, 139 for the protein and probably another 100 for the peanut butter.
This will start my day. Today I may or may not go to the gym. I had a good workout yesterday of running 2.25 miles, then doing the step box with some jump rope mixed in. Total time for the workout was 1 hour and 45 minutes. The step box included a full body workout. All of the muscle groups were involved in this session.
Today is Sunday so it is a good day to refocus on the upcoming week, relax and reflect.
